About Our Client

We are currently seeking a Workshop Manager - Wood Technician (M/F) for a family-owned company that specializes in the manufacturing of custom doors and windows. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading a team of approximately ten employees.

Your Mission

• Supervise and coordinate a team of around ten employees in the workshop.
• Plan production of doors, windows, and fittings, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with technical standards.
• Optimize organization, production flows, and material management.

Your Profile

• Training as a wood technician, carpenter CFC, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in workshop management and team leadership.
• Excellent technical proficiency in the manufacturing of doors and windows.
• Strong organizational skills, natural leadership qualities, and a structured mindset.
