Job Description
- Development, calculation, and analysis of offers
- Drafting of commercial proposals and quotes
- Mastery of cost management
- Management of construction sites from start to finish
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Ensuring follow-up and management of the client portfolio
- Providing technical advice to clients
- Creation of drawings and plans using AutoCAD, CADwork, and ideally TopSolid (a plus)
Candidate Expectations
- Ability to manage stress effectively, demonstrate proactivity, and possess a solution-oriented mindset
- Holder of a carpenter's CFC
- Higher education qualification as a wood technician
- Significant experience in wood construction
- Strong leadership and management skills
