We’re looking for a talented visual designer to join our in-house creative and marketing team in Zurich, Switzerland.

This Isn’t Your Typical Design Job

At EF, a global education company with a mission to open the world through education, you'll play a critical role in our High School Exchange Year program. With a presence in over 50 countries, our diverse team works collaboratively across Europe, Brazil, Asia, and the U.S. to inspire high school students and their families to embrace the adventure of living and studying in the U.S.

Your designs will transcend borders and resonate with various cultural audiences, showcasing a range of materials from striking digital visuals to polished print collateral. You’ll create everything from sleek landing pages to engaging social media ads, ensuring each piece communicates effectively.

Some days will focus on big ideas, while others will be about execution. We’re looking for someone who thrives in both aspects.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 4–6 years of design experience (agency, in-house, freelance — we value your work more than your title).
• Studied graphic design or visual communication, or honed your skills through practical experience.
• Are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Understand that design is a tool for communication and sales, not solely about aesthetics.
• Get excited about kerning and campaign strategy.
• Can maintain composure under tight deadlines.
• Are organized, proactive, and collaborative — understanding that effective teamwork goes beyond shared documents.
• Like to think big, but aren't afraid of getting your hands dirty with production work.
