Trainer of Apprentices in Mechanical Design

Location: Losone, Switzerland

Your Tasks

• Organize and deliver basic, complementary, and specific training for mechanical design apprentices.
• Conduct Intercompany Courses (CI) for external apprentices.
• Provide initial training within the company for apprentices from external organizations.
• Design and deliver adult training programs upon internal request.

Your Profile

• Certified Mechanical Designer (AFC or equivalent) with a strong understanding of CAD and ISO-GPS/ISO 8015 standards.
• A solid background in pedagogy, youth coaching, and educational communication, paired with a business-oriented mindset to connect technical education with real-world industrial needs.
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable about 3D printing technologies.
• Completion of (or willingness to complete) the basic course for in-company apprentice trainers.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to engage with young learners.
• Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
