As a Trading Associate, you will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to identify and eliminate inefficiencies while managing risk in the dynamic landscape of financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teammates to assist in and learn all aspects of automated trading.
• Develop expertise in market microstructure, tick data, and automated trading systems.
• Build and maintain quantitative model tools and analytics for trading.
• Develop, code, maintain, and support production-quality automated trading strategies.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and a willingness to complete tasks efficiently.
• A passion for mathematics and software applications in markets and trading.
• A solid understanding of computing, mathematics, probability, statistics, and finance. Candidates without a graduate-level math background will not be considered.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, or R. Knowledge of Linux scripting is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• An MS or PhD in a technical field, or relevant industry experience.
