Job Opportunity: Travel Agent Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Agent Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our Japanese clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with Japanese travel agents.
• Manage reservations and oversee the quotation process for tours.
• Provide essential information to Japanese clients at our information/help desk and over the phone.
• Deliver emergency services for Japanese clients, including hospital visits and assistance with lost baggage claims.

Qualifications

A minimum of 12 months of experience in the tourism industry is required. We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethos.
