Temporary Advisor - Italian Speaking (Mid-March to Mid-July, 100%)
Your Duties
- Support the Rotary Philanthropy and Grants team by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring requests are processed in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Address various inquiries from Foundation donors regarding recognitions and contributions via phone and email in multiple languages.
- Provide donors with status updates on requests, prioritize urgent orders, and deliver reports as needed.
- Manage request/order processing, verifying data accuracy, entering orders into our system (Oracle PeopleSoft), sending confirmations to Foundation donors, and archiving closed requests.
- Handle tasks related to the receipt of donations, including checking wire transfers, preparing accurate documentation for our Finance Department, and providing instructions for bookkeeping entries.
- Maintain master data by updating account information, making corrections, and identifying duplicate data.
- Forward recognition requests to our Service Center in Pune, India, and follow up on processing.
- Coordinate the shipping of urgent requests with donors and our Logistics team, tracking deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in English and Italian is mandatory.
- Ability to handle customers with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Capacity to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office products.
