How You Can Make a Difference:

  • Possess strong knowledge in technical and customer support.
  • Triage customer complaints efficiently.
  • Provide detailed technical reports on specific complaints upon request.
  • Assist with practical insights during technical training sessions.
  • Introduce new technologies within the field organization while providing valuable feedback.
  • Present our professional technical services to clients.
  • Understand the sales perspective of technical support services.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a similar role.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical support or service organization within the medical device industry, with a proven track record in roles such as Support Engineer, Service Engineer, or Senior Support Engineer.
  • Recognized technical expertise in electronics, electromechanical systems, and/or biomedical engineering.
  • Extensive experience in coordinating and executing technical support projects, including product improvements, new product launches, and lifecycle development projects, particularly in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Ability to read and interpret device diagnostics and troubleshoot mechanical ventilation devices.
  • Experience in post-market surveillance and health hazard evaluation processes, including Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSUR).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CAPA processes.
