Your Impact

  • Possess a strong knowledge of technical and customer support.
  • Effectively triage customer complaints.
  • Provide detailed reports on specific complaints as required.
  • Offer practical insights during technical training sessions.
  • Foster the introduction of new technologies in field operations and provide valuable feedback.
  • Communicate our professional technical services to customers.
  • Understand the sales perspective of our technical support services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a strong affinity for technology and processes, or equivalent education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical support or service organization, preferably within the medical device sector, with a successful track record in roles such as Support Engineer, Service Engineer, or Senior Support Engineer.
  • Recognized technical expertise in electronics, electromechanical systems, and/or biomedical engineering.
  • Extensive experience in coordinating and executing technical support projects, including product improvement initiatives and new product launches.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting device diagnostics and troubleshooting mechanical ventilation devices.
  • Experience in post-market surveillance and health hazard evaluation processes, including Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSUR).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CAPA processes.
