Possess a strong knowledge of technical and customer support.
Effectively triage customer complaints.
Provide detailed reports on specific complaints as required.
Offer practical insights during technical training sessions.
Foster the introduction of new technologies in field operations and provide valuable feedback.
Communicate our professional technical services to customers.
Understand the sales perspective of our technical support services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a strong affinity for technology and processes, or equivalent education and experience.
At least 5 years of experience in a technical support or service organization, preferably within the medical device sector, with a successful track record in roles such as Support Engineer, Service Engineer, or Senior Support Engineer.
Recognized technical expertise in electronics, electromechanical systems, and/or biomedical engineering.
Extensive experience in coordinating and executing technical support projects, including product improvement initiatives and new product launches.
Proficient in reading and interpreting device diagnostics and troubleshooting mechanical ventilation devices.
Experience in post-market surveillance and health hazard evaluation processes, including Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSUR).
Demonstrated knowledge of CAPA processes.
