Job Description
You will be responsible for the assembly of metal structures such as railings, stairs, and steel components at construction sites in the Zurich region. Your role will include:
- Leading and coordinating a small assembly team on construction sites (2-3 employees).
- Actively participating in assembly work.
- Organizing and ensuring a smooth workflow on the construction site.
We Expect
- A certified metal worker EFZ or equivalent training is essential.
- A category B driving license is essential.
- Ability to lead a small team while also performing operational tasks.
- Independent and reliable work style, assertiveness, and high social competence.
- Organizational talent—able to maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
- Very good knowledge of German, both spoken and written.
