Position: Team Lead GT Control System Engineering & Execution
We are looking to strengthen our team in Baden, Switzerland, with your expertise and experience. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the safe and reliable operation of our gas turbine products. In this role, you will lead the engineering team responsible for developing and executing the control system for heavy-duty gas turbines.
Your Tasks Include:
Line manager and technical lead of the GT control system engineering and execution team
Developing and engineering the GT control system hardware
Specifying GT monitoring systems and field instruments, and designing I&C field loops
Integrating and documenting GT protection requirements and safety instrumented systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards
Configuring and executing the GT control system scope for GT customer projects according to contractual requirements
Interfacing and coordinating with project management
Supporting erection and commissioning activities from the back office and at customer sites
Defining and optimizing technical guidelines, as well as engineering and execution processes
Your Profile
Advanced degree in electrical/automation engineering or equivalent
5+ years of professional experience in the design and project execution of automation systems within power or process plant engineering
Familiarity with design directives, codes, and standards in automation, instrumentation, controls, and functional safety
Strong commitment to delivering solutions and results that meet quality, time, and cost targets
2+ years of experience in a line management role with proven leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent command of English; knowledge of German and Italian is a plus
