Teacher for Integrated Support (8 Lessons Plus, Permanent Position)

Responsibilities

We are seeking a specialized teacher with a passion for special educational work at the Landiswil school and the Obergoldbach kindergarten. Your role will involve:

• Supporting and advising teachers while caring for children with special needs.
• Working collaboratively to identify suitable learning methods.
• Identifying weaknesses and causes of learning difficulties in children and implementing appropriate measures.
• Participating in school events and projects at the Biglen school, based on your availability.

The workload includes 8 lessons in cycles 1 and 2 as per agreement, with the possibility to increase to 16 lessons through additional projects.

Requirements

You should possess a deep passion for working with children and adolescents along with a degree in special education, or be currently undergoing training in this field. Key qualities include:

• A motivation to support and promote children with special needs.
• An appreciation for collaboration with educational counseling and confidence in engaging with parents.
• A commitment to working closely with regular teachers and applying your resources flexibly and effectively.
