Highly Qualified Seamstress in a Designer Atelier in the Center of Zurich

Gavel Atelier specializes in bespoke tailoring of men's and women's clothing, figure adjustment, and complex repairs. We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled seamstress ready to join our dynamic team. Our atelier boasts excellent transport connections, a bright workspace with large windows overlooking an inner park, and high-quality equipment. We are committed to modernizing the work area according to the master's requirements and offer highly flexible working hours. We understand the importance of adaptation and are always eager to support the development of skills and the adoption of new work technologies.

Qualification Requirements:

• Experience in manual sewing and operating various types of sewing machines;
• Expertise in working with delicate fabrics and materials;
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving perfection in every garment.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work quickly, accurately, and with high quality;
• Readiness to start with an hourly contract, transitioning to a permanent contract;

It Will Be an Advantage:

• Experience in bespoke tailoring, repair, and restoration of clothing;
• Proficiency in the official languages of Switzerland, as well as English, Ukrainian, and/or Russian;
• Experience in tailoring men's jackets;
• General communicability and friendliness;
• Ability to perform minor repairs on sewing equipment;
• Understanding of garment design and construction.
