Facilitate international mobility for global organisations

As a Consultant in our Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will provide tax advisory and compliance services to our clients. You will engage in (global) projects and collaborate with your team to offer international organisations premier services in global mobility tax, social security, immigration, global mobility compensation, mobility advisory, technology, analytics, reward, employment tax, and share plans – ultimately enabling our clients to successfully navigate international mobility.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Engage directly with clients and take responsibility for cross-divisional projects across various industries from day one.
• Provide individual tax compliance and advisory services for international corporate clients and individuals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts on multidisciplinary advisory projects related to Swiss tax and mobility topics.
• Maintain and develop client relationships through direct communication with clients and their global workforce.
• Join an international and interdisciplinary team with numerous on-the-job learning opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are curious, bold, and integrative, with a positive and results-driven attitude, ready to take responsibility and find solutions for diverse clients.
• You are eager to learn, challenge the status quo, and work independently and efficiently with a solution-oriented mindset.
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or applied sciences institution in law, business administration, or a related field, ideally with tax knowledge.
• You pay attention to detail, are proficient with MS Office applications, and possess an aptitude for technology and analytics.
• You communicate confidently in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
