Position: Marketing Lead Surgery
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead Surgery to lead our Surgery Marketing team, playing a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering innovative solutions to our customers. Objectives of the Position
- Leading and managing the local Surgery Marketing Team in Switzerland
- Responsible for delivering on P&L (OPEX and CAPEX) targets
- Close cooperation with the local sales structure; gathering market insights and adapting strategy accordingly
- Implementation and execution of local Franchise Strategic Objectives
- Collaborating with regional (EMEA) and global marketing teams
- Responsible for portfolio management: product launch (LEX), product life-cycle management, pricing, etc.
- Market analysis and segmentation, driving new business models and solutions
- Creating effective sales support tools and digital solutions
- Product forecast and inventory responsibility
- Co-designing and implementing the training strategy (Professional and Commercial Education)
- Ensuring compliance with internal, legal, and external requirements and guidelines (including Health Care Compliance, Regulatory, Complaints, CE, MRD, etc.)
Qualifications (Required vs. Nice to Have)
- Required: Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Required: Strong network and deep knowledge of the Swiss orthopedic and healthcare environment
- Required: Ability to interact intelligently with surgeons and healthcare professionals
- Required: Capability to translate clinical benefits of products into economic value for healthcare providers
- Required: In-depth knowledge of business management contexts
- Required: Proven experience in leading complex projects and managing diverse stakeholders
- Required: Results and solution-oriented work style
- Required: Team player with enthusiasm and passion
- Required: Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills
- Required: Confident presentation skills; proficient in IT/MS Office
