Job Description

Are you prepared to take on a high-impact role with full End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain responsibility?

As the Supply Chain Manager for NutEx, you will be instrumental in establishing and optimizing the supply chain function for NutEx/Phytotechnology. This role represents the top logistics and supply chain position within the organization where, over time, you will manage various components such as Customer Services, Planning (S&OE/IBP), Warehousing, and Logistics, all within the parameters set by the larger corporation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Plant Domestication/Plant Production to develop and implement the Supply Chain strategy for NutEx/Phytotechnology, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Lead demand and supply planning activities, driving high forecast accuracy and ensuring efficient production and delivery.
  • Oversee the order-to-cash process, enhancing customer service operations and ensuring On Time in Full delivery.
  • Work closely with Plant Production to facilitate smooth transitions from initial production cycles to full-scale ramp-up and mass production.
  • Drive the S&OE and IBP processes, balancing demand and supply while fostering cross-functional alignment and problem-solving.

Your Qualifications

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in agronomy with several years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Technical Engineering, Demand, Supply, and Planning (IBP) in the agriculture or horticulture sectors. Experience in the animal feed sector is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in ERP tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Infor M3 is a plus.
  • Documented ability to lead and manage Supply Chain processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a keen eye for identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
