Your Tasks

• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure that safety and quality policies are communicated, promoted, and implemented within the organization.
• Ensure that all elements of the Safety Management System (SMS) are properly implemented, maintained, and continuously improved by fulfilling all SMS-related duties and responsibilities as defined in the SMS Manual.
• Assign employees to their jobs according to their skills, maintain vacation planning in accordance with engine planning, and monitor labor efficiency.
• Execute and promote continuous improvements by applying Lean principles to achieve all targets.
• Define, manage, and improve related processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPI) and report these KPIs to Heads regularly.
• Drive a performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow-up with all employees. Apply the performance management process (PMP) and provide leadership with a focus on employee motivation.

Your Profile

• Over 5 years of professional experience with a significant understanding of operational activities related to delivering specific services, ideally in the MRO industry.
• Technical background or technical education.
• Experience in a leadership position with profound knowledge of function-related processes and the ability to continuously improve and lead a team.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma.
• B2 level of English; German is a plus.
