Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in various aspects of HR management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the entire HR administration from onboarding to departure, including the issuance of documents such as employment contracts and certificates.
  • Overseeing the complete recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintaining and updating personnel records, and handling queries related to employment contracts and benefits.
  • Coordinating payroll administration in conjunction with our payroll provider.
  • Handling all personnel insurances and pension funds, as well as managing accident and sickness claims.
  • Enhancing employer branding to attract new talent and supporting recruitment efforts for our expanding team.
  • Ensuring legal compliance and staying updated on new workplace regulations and requirements.
  • Assisting in the organization of company events and team-building initiatives.
  • Managing employee benefits and training programs.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the team.
  • Helping to shape and nurture a high-performance culture and the core values of our company.
  • Assisting with employee evaluations and conducting surveys.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Your Experience:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a General Human Resources Specialist in a small organization.
  • Proficiency in HR management and administration.
  • Experience in HR or banking is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process.
  • A strong aptitude for numbers and good knowledge of Excel.
  • Empathetic traits and strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Solution-oriented, precise, hands-on, and forward-thinking.
  • Proactive with the ability to work independently.

Your Education:

Ideal candidates will have the following educational background:

  • Education as an HR Specialist or HR Manager.
  • An academic degree and/or higher education is advantageous.
  • Banking education is a plus.
  • Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
