SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST & ANALYST

We are seeking a dedicated SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST & ANALYST to join our dynamic team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST (IMMEDIATELY UPON ONBOARDING)
- Prepare quotes and oversee the follow-up of spare parts orders.
- Advise customers and subsidiaries on spare parts.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and other internal teams.
- Ensure accurate and rigorous filing and documentation management.
ANALYST (PROGRESSIVELY, IN ADDITION TO SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST DUTIES):
- Support the spare parts service manager with preparing spare parts offers for new machines.
- Prepare financial analyses related to spare parts activities.
- Conduct analyses to optimize inventory management.
- Conduct analyses to improve spare parts forecasting.
- Support analyses related to spare parts pricing strategies.
- Participate in continuous improvement and business enhancement projects.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Master's degree in Engineering in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.)
- 3 to 10 years of industry experience
- Fluency in English (C1) and French (C1); additional languages (Italian, German, Spanish) are an advantage
- Knowledge of MATISA products or equivalent railway renovation and maintenance machinery is a strong asset
TOOLS USED IN THIS POSITION:
- Sage X3 ERP system
- Therefore - Document Management System
- Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- PowerBI
