SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST & ANALYST

We are seeking a SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST & ANALYST to join our dynamic team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST (IMMEDIATELY UPON ONBOARDING)
- Prepare quotes and oversee the follow-up of spare parts orders.
- Advise customers and subsidiaries regarding spare parts.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and other internal teams.
- Ensure accurate filing and rigorous documentation management.
ANALYST (PROGRESSIVELY, IN ADDITION TO SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST DUTIES)
- Support the spare parts service manager with preparing spare parts offers for new machines.
- Prepare financial analyses related to spare parts activities.
- Conduct analyses to optimize inventory management.
- Enhance spare parts forecasting through targeted analyses.
- Support pricing strategy analyses for spare parts.
- Participate in projects aimed at continuous improvement and business enhancement.
YOUR PROFILE
- Master's degree in Engineering or a technical profession (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.).
- 3 to 10 years of industry experience.
- Fluency in English (C1) and French (C1), with an additional language (Italian, German, or Spanish) being an advantage.
- Knowledge of MATISA products or equivalent machinery for railway renovation and maintenance is a strong asset.

- Microsoft Office suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel
