Responsibilities

You will be immersed in a dynamic marketing and communication environment, collaborating on creative projects with colleagues globally and assisting in the planning and publishing of content on social media platforms.

• Support the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns on social media channels
• Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify suitable creators and brand ambassadors
• Build and maintain long-term influencer relationships
• Participate in the concept creation and realization of various content projects
• Assist and participate in different events while posting on our social media channels
• Be involved in shooting days for marketing and social media video and photo content
• Analyze and evaluate various activities on social media according to our KPIs
• Engage with our community with high-quality responses
• Contribute your own ideas on how to improve community engagement and enhance our channels

Requirements

While prior work experience is a plus, we are primarily looking for a motivated, self-driven, and enthusiastic individual, possessing a sharp eye for detail, a knack for storytelling, and an affinity for leveraging today's vast digital landscape.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or an HF Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education with a specialization in Communications, Marketing, or similar fields
• Some relevant work experience is an asset
• Genuine interest in innovative communication and storytelling
• Communicative, creative, and visually oriented personality
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English
• Team-oriented with a structured approach and strong organizational skills
