Job Description
As a team leader, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
Management of Work Teams:
- Lead a team of 4 to 6 workers on-site, guiding and motivating them to achieve established objectives.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Coordination of Activities:
- Establish orders for materials necessary for work completion, ensuring their availability and quality.
- Monitor and verify the proper execution of work, ensuring compliance with plans and quality standards.
Reports and Documentation:
- Accurately and regularly prepare site reports documenting progress, incidents, and resource needs.
- Manage work orders to ensure compliance and timely transmission to superiors.
