Job Description

As a team leader, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

Management of Work Teams:

  • Lead a team of 4 to 6 workers on-site, guiding and motivating them to achieve established objectives.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Coordination of Activities:

  • Establish orders for materials necessary for work completion, ensuring their availability and quality.
  • Monitor and verify the proper execution of work, ensuring compliance with plans and quality standards.

Reports and Documentation:

  • Accurately and regularly prepare site reports documenting progress, incidents, and resource needs.
  • Manage work orders to ensure compliance and timely transmission to superiors.

  • Prior experience in the construction sector with a solid understanding of processes and working techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering an effective and collaborative working environment.
