Job Description

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Management of Work Teams: Lead a team of 4 to 6 workers on-site, guiding and motivating them to achieve established objectives. Ensure effective communication within the team while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Coordination of Activities: Establish orders for materials needed to complete the work, ensuring their availability and quality. Monitor and verify the proper execution of tasks while ensuring compliance with plans and quality standards.
  • Reports and Documentation: Prepare accurate and regular site reports documenting progress, incidents, and resource needs. Manage work orders to ensure compliance and timely transmission to superiors.
