Job Description
As a team leader, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Management of Work Teams: Lead a team of 4 to 6 workers on-site, guiding and motivating them to achieve established objectives. Ensure effective communication within the team and promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Coordination of Activities: Establish orders for materials necessary for the completion of work, ensuring their availability and quality. Track and verify the proper execution of tasks, ensuring compliance with plans and quality standards.
- Reports and Documentation: Prepare site reports accurately and regularly, documenting progress, incidents, and resource needs. Manage work orders to ensure compliance and proper communication with superiors.
