Job Description

As a team leader at LeTeam SA, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Management of Work Teams

  • Lead a team of 4 to 6 workers on site, guiding and motivating them to achieve established objectives.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Coordination of Activities

  • Establish orders for materials necessary for the completion of the work, ensuring their availability and quality.
  • Trace and verify the proper execution of the work, ensuring compliance with plans and quality standards.

Reports and Documentation

  • Prepare site reports accurately and regularly, documenting progress, any incidents, and resource needs.
  • Manage work orders, ensuring compliance and transmission to superiors.
