Position Overview

In this role, you will take charge of real estate and management systems, which include quality, safety, security, and product conformity. Reporting to the Division President, you will manage a diverse array of responsibilities and serve as a supportive partner to the global divisions and functions in the development of Accelleron. This position is part of the management team at Accelleron Switzerland, located in Baden.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic site development and planning for 72,000 m² of production, warehouse, and office space.
  • Facility management.
  • Local stakeholder management.
  • Ensuring our license to operate by maintaining management systems for quality, environment, and safety.
  • Certification oversight.
  • Implementing effective processes in product conformity and marine product safety.

Your Background

  • Leadership experience at the management team level with a focus on indirect management.
  • Proven track record as a strong leader with excellent people management and development skills.
  • University degree.
  • Experience in a management role within real estate or facility management.
  • Familiarity with ISO management systems.
  • Solid background in change management and process improvements.
  • Solution-oriented and service-focused approach.
  • Curious and eager to explore opportunities for improvement.
  • Fluency in English and German.
