On behalf of one of our esteemed clients, we are seeking a Site Manager in electrical installations (m/f) for a fixed engagement.

Your Future Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing, monitoring, and controlling electrical installation projects in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Coordinating and leading a team of 3 to 5 collaborators.
• Establishing measurements and reports.
• Participating in site meetings and coordinating orders.
• Proposing cost-effective and innovative solutions.
• Ensuring order and safety at the sites.
• Participating in the training of apprentices.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Possess a CFC as an electrician installer, ideally supplemented by a site manager diploma or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Have at least 5 years of experience on industrial and/or residential sites.
• Are dynamic, able to unite a team, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Have a strong sense of priorities and exhibit autonomy.
