Job Opportunity: HR Service Advisor

We are seeking an HR Service Advisor for one of our esteemed Pharma Clients based in Visp. This role is pivotal in delivering exemplary HR services and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, managing HR requests from initiation to closure (end-to-end management, including tracking and tracing).
  • Create a high-end user experience, providing best-in-class customer service and swiftly resolving queries and issues while consistently striving to exceed expectations.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business operations and its structure, including key contacts, to effectively support clients.
  • Provide ad-hoc support and guidance for HR calendar events, such as Individual Development Plans (IDP) and bonus salary reviews.
  • Utilize various HR and Payroll systems to address and resolve customer queries.
  • Share process-related customer feedback with the Service Specialist and recommend new HR technology solutions to enhance day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor key HR Services & Solutions metrics to ensure optimal performance.
  • Initiate changes in Workday as dictated by established processes.
  • Provide proactive advisory support on HR processes for HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and line managers.
  • Contribute to local projects that significantly impact Human Resources.
  • Maintain awareness of the roles and responsibilities of other HR teams within the company.
  • Keep current knowledge of HR policies and procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Promote the utilization of the case tool within Human Resources, acting as the subject matter expert for other HR teams on its use.
  • Work within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), focusing on delivering an excellent customer journey.
  • Provide guidance on a wide range of key HR processes and actively collaborate on ad-hoc projects as required.

Key Requirements

  • Education as “Personalfachfrau/-mann” or a university degree (Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration).
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills and a structured, proactive working attitude.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational resilience.
  • Ability to understand and navigate different cultures effectively within a multi-cultural environment.
  • Extensive experience (3-5 years) within HR administration or HR shared services.
  • Fluent in German and Business English.
