Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of:
Senior Relationship Manager - Turkish Desk
Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):
- Manage private banking clients of Turkish origin with assets ranging from 1 MM to over 20 MM.
- Acquire new clients and expand the local market network through referrals and identifying potential prospects.
- Prepare investment proposals and present them to clients.
- Conduct business reviews on customer portfolios, focusing on planning and developing portfolio composition, income, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and stay updated on new regulatory developments.
- Travel to Turkey regularly.
- Be a key player in the growth and development of the Turkish Desk.
Your Profile:
- Over 10 years of professional experience in private banking and investment advisory.
- Master’s degree in Banking or Finance, or equivalent. Professional certifications such as CWMA, EFPA, CFA, or CAIA are advantageous.
- Proven expertise in Turkish financial products and markets, as well as a strong understanding of the local regulatory landscape.
- Excellent knowledge of Turkish culture.
- Extensive experience leading and managing high-performing teams, with the ability to inspire and coordinate diverse professionals.
- Strong financial communication skills, adept at writing clearly and effectively for target audiences.
- Ability to work against deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, capable of building trust and delivering client-focused solutions.
- Adept in combining persuasive social and problem-solving skills with a strong service orientation, discipline, and high-quality mindset.
- Highly self-motivated, open-minded, a quick learner, and well-organized, with excellent time management skills.
- A reliable team player who embodies a strong sense of responsibility and adaptability to changing demands.
