The Senior Performance Marketing Manager is a central position within Group Marketing, where you will collaborate with all business units of SMG Swiss Marketplace Group AG alongside a team of digital and performance marketing experts.
Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize the Search Engine Advertising efforts for SMG brands.
- Collaborate with other digital marketing channels (Social ads, programmatic, display) and oversee these paid activities.
- Drive performance by monitoring, analyzing, and recommending optimization and growth opportunities with a strong testing mindset.
- Partner with our brands to achieve their marketing goals and ensure the implementation of digital marketing best practices.
- Work with different marketing professionals, focusing on ad product & creative innovation, audience and data strategy, as well as measurement and attribution opportunities.
- Challenge the status quo and actively contribute to optimizing processes and workflows.
Qualifications
Your Qualifications
- Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience across various digital channels with a strong emphasis on Paid Search; experience in other digital marketing channels is a plus.
- Proven track record in Google Ads; experience with the Google Marketing platform (SA360, DV360, CM360) is a strong advantage.
- Experience in feed management and e-commerce is essential.
- A service-oriented mindset with the flexibility and comfort to handle priority changes while working with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solver with excellent troubleshooting capabilities, coupled with a reliable and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Exceptional project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Agency experience is an added advantage.
