We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team, and we are thrilled to announce that Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026.
Our team operates from three strategic locations:
- Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany – regarded as one of the most advanced facilities in Europe.
- The Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland – renowned for its cutting-edge technologies and unyielding passion for racing.
- The Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in the UK – currently in its launch phase and continuously growing.
Our power unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.
Your Mission
- Manage the delivery of all contractual rights for each partner, ensuring world-class execution across events, digital platforms, broadcast, reporting, and hospitality.
- Oversee team members to guarantee the highest level of partnership delivery across all verticals.
- Develop and implement an efficient account management structure that enhances communication and productivity, including regular calls, status updates, and face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain and cultivate positive relationships with all partner stakeholders, from day-to-day contacts to CEO and board-level interactions.
- Collaborate closely with partners and supporting agencies to define clear sponsorship strategies with measurable KPIs aligned with mutual objectives.
- Lead and define partner KPIs annually, acting as the bridge between the Audi Revolut F1 Team and all partner activities.
- Manage reporting on partner KPIs diligently, providing insights and case studies that illustrate the value and impact of partnerships.
- Establish an effective internal reporting mechanism within the Audi Revolut F1 Team to deliver timely updates to all stakeholders, including senior management.
- Assist the senior management team with contract renewals to ensure the ongoing engagement and satisfaction of existing partners.
- Coordinate and support special events such as partnership workshops, screenings, and technical workshops.
- Collaborate with other commercial teams (e.g., Marketing, Events, Digital) to develop ideas and activations that meet partner interests and support broader business objectives.
- Develop robust internal relationships, understanding different departmental functions to enhance mutual support in strategic and operational tasks.
- Manage a seven-figure budget aimed at maximizing partner activation value.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years experience in sports marketing, partnership management, or a similar client-facing role, including experience with IT and engineering technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative sponsorship activations that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- A deep understanding of brand communications and the role of sponsorship within the broader marketing landscape.
- High degree of independence and comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an advanced ability to build and maintain relationships across various levels of an organization.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to identify opportunities for enhancing partner value.
- Willingness to travel and represent the team at various events and meetings.
- A strong professional network within the sports sponsorship industry is highly desirable.
- Fluency in business English.
