Your Mission
As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Contract Management: Oversee the full contract lifecycle by guiding stakeholders, optimizing workflows, and ensuring effective use of CLM and e-signature tools.
- Legal Technology & Automation: Take ownership of legal tech tools and automations, identifying opportunities to leverage AI and streamline workflows.
- Administrative Operations: Manage the team’s shared inbox, calendar, and physical mail while supporting budgeting and invoicing processes.
- Legal Support: Collaborate closely with legal counsels on corporate, commercial, compliance, and dispute-related matters.
- Knowledge Management: Drive the development and maintenance of internal knowledge resources and databases, ensuring they remain current and user-friendly.
- Documentation & Research: Draft and revise standard agreements, presentations, and legal notices, while compiling research reports on various legal topics.
- Project Coordination: Assist with major legal and cross-functional initiatives by tracking deliverables, coordinating actions, and ensuring timely execution.
Your Story
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: An apprenticeship in the commercial sector (KV or similar) or a university degree, along with 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal team assistant in an in-house legal department or law firm.
- Legal Knowledge: Solid grasp of legal terminology and corporate legal practices, enabling navigation of complex topics with confidence.
- Organization & Prioritization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS 365 applications with a strong interest in legal tech and digital tools.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated and reliable, taking ownership of tasks and following through with precision.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy across all tasks.
- Communication & Collaboration: Clear communicators who thrive in diverse, international teams. Fluency in English is essential.
