How You Can Make an Impact:

• Work on challenging ServiceNow projects, either within a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements.
• Support clients through complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Engage across various industries, focusing primarily on Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Collaborate with international, highly skilled colleagues, and participate in business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice development efforts.
• Expand your network by working with different parts of the company and member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM, or associated modules) related to significant business and system transformation efforts.
• Experience in management consulting, managing and resolving technical and delivery issues on ServiceNow projects while collaborating with client stakeholders.
• Ability to shape the technical design of a ServiceNow solution in conjunction with the client’s technical and enterprise architects.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methods (e.g., SCRUM).
• Profound technical project management and/or leadership skills, demonstrated through managing design and development teams throughout full delivery lifecycles, including oversight of project financials.
• Experience working with near-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
