About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Lead Producer, at the Executive Producer level, to spearhead high-impact global campaigns for our sportswear brand. In this role, you will oversee the creative execution across photo, video, and digital assets—collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and external partners to produce bold, captivating content that resonates culturally and drives meaningful results.
As a key production leader within our global Brand Creative team, you will guide large-scale campaigns from inception to completion while mentoring an expanding team of producers across various workstreams. Your expertise in managing complex, cross-functional shoots—coupled with calm confidence, strategic foresight, and operational excellence—will be essential as you work with elite athletes and fashion-forward creatives.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end production process of global campaigns, handling everything from budgeting and timelines to final delivery and wrap-up.
- Lead and mentor a team of in-house and freelance producers across multiple campaign tracks.
- Translate creative concepts into efficient, scalable production plans in partnership with creative and strategy teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee all production partners, including casting agents, choreographers, directors, photographers, VFX, and music/sound teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, media, e-commerce, and retail teams to ensure production deliverables align across channels.
- Oversee productions featuring top-tier talent, including professional athletes, celebrities, and influencers, ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, and excellence at every touchpoint.
- Navigate international union and industry standards such as SAG-AFTRA (US), APA (UK), and local compliance across global markets.
- Drive operational excellence by streamlining timelines, optimizing workflows, and maintaining cost control.
- Ensure all assets are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.
- Champion inclusivity, sustainability, and innovation at every stage of production.
Who You Are
- A confident production leader with over 10 years of experience in global campaign, content, or commercial production within brands, agencies, or production companies.
- Fluent in the full production lifecycle—from creative development to post-production and toolkit delivery across various mediums, including film, photography, experiential, social, broadcast, and Out-of-Home.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale campaigns exceeding $5 million, with multiple workstreams and diverse creative/production teams delivering market results over several years.
- Highly experienced in collaborating with A-list celebrities, influencers, and elite athletes, equipped with the understanding of the protocols and discretion such collaborations require.
- Global production experience and familiarity with union and compliance standards, adept at navigating these in international contexts.
- Experience and a strong grasp of global clearance bodies for Broadcast and OOH, including Clearcast, US networks, and ARPP.
- Deeply knowledgeable in sports and fashion production—from movement direction and athletic choreography to working with stylists, art directors, and technical production specialists.
- A strategic partner to strategy, creative, marketing management, and media teams, effectively translating concepts into tangible results.
- A calm, solution-focused leader who enhances clarity and collaboration in complex projects.
- Passionate about storytelling, craft, creative impact, operational clarity, and committed to excellence.
- Previous experience at top-tier creative agencies, featuring a portfolio of award-winning or highly visible projects.
- Strong financial acumen, skilled in forecasting, budget tracking, and negotiating production costs.
- Knowledgeable in emerging technology and production innovation, experienced with tools like AI platforms and real-time rendering that enhance both creative output and operational workflows.
