Your Mission:
- Define and drive the overarching product strategy for the performance division to support the company’s brand vision, mission, and growth objectives.
- Lead, grow, and empower the global product strategy team for our performance verticals, ensuring seamless collaboration across product innovation, design, and product creation teams.
- Partner closely with innovation, product creation, and design teams to ensure all product initiatives align with our vision of becoming the most premium sportswear brand globally, rooted in performance.
- Build and scale a high-performance team that thrives on cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence while fostering an environment of inclusivity, development, and accountability.
- Encourage leadership at every level, with a strong focus on developing and nurturing the next generation of leadership within the organization. Mentor, coach, and empower emerging leaders to ensure a robust succession pipeline for sustained long-term success.
- Establish a clear vision of how channel strategy, brand strategy, and product strategy orchestrate the lifecycle of the product portfolio across our performance verticals.

- 15+ years of global leadership experience in high-performing product organizations, ideally within the sportswear industry.
- 10+ years of experience leading large teams, with the ability to inspire and execute against high-growth business objectives.
- A visionary and entrepreneurial product leader with a passion for building and mentoring world-class teams capable of fostering innovation and delivering superior results.
- A proven track record in building and improving processes and systems within complex, multinational, and cross-functional environments, driving operational efficiencies.
- Expertise in end-to-end product creation.
- Profound experience collaborating with design, product creation, and go-to-market teams at the executive level, acting as a key partner in defining and executing product roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels, both internally and externally.
