Your Role

Are you ready to make a difference? As a Senior Customer Project Lead, you will manage projects for our strategic key customers. You will align customer needs with activities in R&D, supply chain, and the production of our electronic instruments. You will drive collaboration projects with both industrial and academic research partners to ensure we meet our joint goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and shape complex customer projects, including dedicated hardware and software development.
• Ensure project success for both our customers and our organization, meeting commercial objectives.
• Provide transparent project reporting and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
• Interact and align with both external and internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, Product Managers, and the customer.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in our project management practices.

Your Profile

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, including software and electronics development and production.
• Experience with direct customer interaction.
• A collaborative spirit, working effectively with sales, product management, R&D, and operations. Strong team player.
• Formal training in project management practices, such as PMP certification.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
