How You Can Make an Impact:

• Engage in challenging ServiceNow projects, either as part of a larger team or advising on smaller engagements.
• Support clients through intricate Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Work across various industries, with a primary focus on Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professional colleagues and participate in business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice developments.
• Expand your network by collaborating with other divisions of the company or with member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

• You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM, or associated modules) within major business and system transformation efforts.
• Your background includes management consulting, addressing technical and delivery issues on ServiceNow projects in collaboration with client stakeholders, and shaping the technical design of ServiceNow solutions while working with the client’s technical/enterprise architects.
• You hold certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator and are knowledgeable in agile delivery methods (SCRUM, etc.).
• You possess robust technical project management and leadership skills, successfully managing design and development teams through the entire delivery lifecycle, including overseeing project financials.
• You have experience presenting progress updates and outlining risks and issues to senior stakeholders, as well as collaborating with near-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
• You communicate confidently in English and German; familiarity with Enterprise Architecture practices, tools, and industry standards/certifications (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF) would be an advantage.
