How You Can Make an Impact:

• Work on challenging ServiceNow projects, either as part of a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements.
• Support clients through complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Engage across various industries, including our primary focus areas of Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Collaborate with a team of international professionals, managing business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice development projects.
• Expand your network by collaborating with other parts of the company or member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (including ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM, or associated modules) for major business and system transformation projects.
• Proven experience in management consulting, resolving technical and delivery challenges on ServiceNow projects, and shaping the technical design of a ServiceNow solution in partnership with client stakeholders and technical/enterprise architects.
• Demonstrated technical project management and leadership skills, with experience managing design and development teams throughout full project lifecycles, including financial management.
• Experience working with near-shore and offshore delivery teams.
