As a (Senior) Consultant at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists, assisting organizations in developing strategies and implementing systems to enhance business value and drive performance. We combine our extensive knowledge and experience gained through engaging in some of the most complex IT projects worldwide, ranging from system replacement to comprehensive IT transformation. Join us to gain valuable insights into IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, business management, agility advisory, and IT M&A.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with key technology executives to translate their strategies into effective IT operating models.
• Support major Swiss and international organizations in strengthening their IT function and technology capabilities while embracing agile practices.
• Contribute to large-scale IT transformation programs and shape the interaction between the IT function and the business side.
• Assess clients' IT service requirements, derive tailor-made technology target operating models, and enable business access to IT services.

Who We Are Looking For

• You possess strong analytical skills and can communicate and present ideas effectively, both orally and in writing.
• You are proficient in MS Office, demonstrate project management skills, and have prior experience in IT process management, business partnering, or organizational development.
• You hold a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics and have a proven track record in managing small engagements or parts of larger ones. ITIL or Agile certifications are a significant plus.
• You have gained a minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with technology operating models and driving IT transformation in a consulting or corporate setting.
• You are fluent in English and German and are open to travel, primarily within Switzerland; additional French language skills are advantageous.
