As a Senior Consultant / (Senior) Manager, you will support our insurance industry clients in navigating the ongoing wave of market transformation. By addressing changing customer expectations, the growing influence of technology and AI, and emerging business models, your fresh perspective and forward-thinking vision will help our clients thrive.

• Work closely with our clients at the heart of the business, implementing innovative strategies, crafting the right operating model, integrating core systems, and optimizing their business processes in sales and distribution, marketing, underwriting, operations, customer service, and claims.
• Provide clients with your unique vision on building flexible, innovative business and operating models that are rooted in a strong foundation.
• Support and lead the development of thought leadership that outlines the future of insurance, acting as a value add and door opener for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are curious, passionate about learning, and able to enrich our projects with your distinct perspective. You can articulate complex solutions and develop strategies for challenging problems.
• With a passion for driving topics such as strategy development, operating model redesign, core platform transformation, customer-centric design, process digitisation, and cost optimisation in the insurance industry.
• You have a university degree with a strong academic record and possess relevant work experience in insurance and/or with a major consulting firm.
• A solid understanding of the insurance value chain and core processes, such as sales & distribution, underwriting, policy administration, claims, and customer service management.
• Familiarity with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire) is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English is required; additional French is a plus.

You will be the newest member of our Insurance Operations & Solutions team — a diverse group of professionals dedicated to advising, designing, implementing, and deploying solutions focused on the heart of the business within Property & Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance sectors.
