As an ethical hacker / penetration tester, you will collaborate with clients across various industries to ensure their applications and infrastructures are secure. You will be supported by a talented team that will help you leverage your experience while enhancing your penetration testing expertise with the latest tools and techniques.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Conduct penetration tests for web and mobile applications, as well as perform security assessments such as code reviews where technical skills are essential.
• Document your findings in high-quality, easily readable reports, present them to clients, and explain the necessary steps for remediation.
• Share your expertise on projects in cyber security, including red teaming, secure software development, and attack surface management.
• Contribute to team problem-solving efforts and provide innovative solutions to client issues.
• Assist business development initiatives including proposal creation, which involves understanding client challenges and designing effective solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in cyber security, preferably as a penetration tester.
• Participation in CTF events or hacking challenges like Hack The Box or bug bounty programs.
• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic background in computer science or a related field.
• A good understanding of the OWASP Top 10 and penetration testing-related certifications such as OSCP or OSWE are advantageous.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a significant plus.
