Collaborate closely with Deloitte experts from legal, tax, and regulatory services to deliver tailored solutions. How You Can Make an Impact

• Support our dedicated core team in 'owning' our clients' challenges and meeting their needs with practical hands-on solutions, including performance improvement and strategic option analyses for shareholders.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, develop insights, draft input for client reports (e.g., status updates, restructuring options), and prepare financial analyses for shareholders, financing institutions, or regulators.
• Assist in project management by tracking timelines, costs, resources, and deliverables.
• Contribute to the growth of our Turnaround and Restructuring offering through business development activities and adherence to quality and risk procedures.
• Share your ideas, enthusiasm, and investigative insights to drive projects forward and take ownership of your deliverables.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are a curious generalist with a strong ability to listen and explain complex matters in a relatable and understandable way. You enjoy orchestrating solutions with various contributors.
• You possess a good understanding of financial statements, and are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel to generate meaningful insights aimed at facilitating decision-making in high-pressure situations.
• You are open-minded and eager to embrace innovations like AI in our workflows.
• Qualifications include:
• A Master's degree or nearing completion of an advanced academic program with a focus on finance, banking, business administration, accounting, economics, or law.
• 1+ years of work experience in strategy, transformation, transaction services, management consulting, or similar roles at the consultant level.
• Fluency in German and English, with knowledge of financial terminology. Other languages are a plus.
