How You Can Make an Impact

As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your experience from day one to support our client engagements in solving their most pressing challenges related to operations transformation, strategy definition, operational excellence, lending and payments, and technology implementations. In your role, you will:

• Utilize your extensive banking knowledge and expertise in technical business operations within sectors like Asset/Wealth Management and Investment/Core Banking.
• Address client challenges and assist them in achieving their strategic goals.
• Support clients in preparing for growth, embracing the digital age, fostering innovation, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions in collaboration with our banking solutions team.
• Work alongside experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds who are dedicated to sharing knowledge and aiding your career development.

Who We Are Looking For

• You hold a university degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
• You have 3-4 years of working experience in consulting or the financial services sector (banking or asset/wealth management).
• Your experience relates to areas such as the banking operating model (front or back office), regulatory or financial landscapes, digitalization in banking, and process improvements.
• You can work independently, take ownership of deliverables, identify potential risks, and develop actionable plans to mitigate them.
• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively convey business problems and recommendations to clients.
• You are a critical thinker with the ability to analyze concepts and frameworks creatively.
• You are an enthusiastic team player with a positive, proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills.
• You are fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• You are open to traveling within Switzerland and potentially abroad.
