Help our clients successfully manage global challenges

As a Senior Consultant in the Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will provide multi-national companies with targeted advice and strategies for running Global Mobility programs efficiently. Our team supports clients with the end-to-end management of global compensation for internationally mobile employees and optimizes tax compliance and positions. As part of the US Tax team, you will advise on US tax returns and compliance topics.

How you can make an impact

• Coordinate our global tax compliance services, liaising directly with clients and Deloitte offices worldwide.
• Prepare and review US individual income tax returns for US resident and nonresident taxpayers.
• Prepare and review tax reconciliations and tax equalization calculations while managing various tasks related to Global Mobility programs for clients.
• Oversee the tasks and quality of work completed by junior team members.
• Interpret and implement International Assignment Policies to ensure consistent global tax treatment of assignment compensation items and allowances.
• Advise clients on tax and social security implications of global employment issues, including tax residency and the taxation of complex compensation.

Who we are looking for

• You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accountancy, or Law.
• Ideally, you possess over 3 years of US tax experience and hold, are pursuing, or plan to pursue relevant qualifications (e.g., EA, CPA).
• Experience in global mobility or a “Big-4” firm is a plus.
• You are proactive, take initiative, and enjoy taking responsibility while working in project teams with a systematic approach.
• You communicate fluently in English; additional languages are advantageous.
