How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement modern data solutions in data management (e.g., data quality, master and reference data, catalogues, data platforms) that deliver high-quality, usable data.
• Develop data strategies that align with our clients’ business goals across regulatory, cost, and revenue dimensions.
• Lead data and analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership, guiding clients through significant organizational changes.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from conceptualization to production.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through project work or business development.
• Support business development initiatives to create new opportunities.
• Exemplify strong work ethic and leadership, serving as a role model to colleagues.
• Enhance expertise in various industry and subject matter areas, sharing knowledge within the Deloitte community.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to convey technical specifications effectively in both oral and written communication.
  • Support business development through workshops with prospective clients.
• Technical Expertise in One of the Following Areas:
  • Data Management:
    • Experience with 2+ projects implementing master data management, data quality, or reference data solutions.
    • Proven leadership of nearshore/offshore teams during implementations.
    • Hands-on experience in end-to-end solution implementation and operation.
    • Proficiency with solutions from vendors such as Collibra, Informatica, Azure, or GCP.
  • Cloud-Based Data Platforms:
    • Experience with 2+ projects in implementing data lakehouses.
    • Leadership of nearshore/offshore teams in implementations.
    • Hands-on experience in the full lifecycle from vendor selection to operation.
    • Familiarity with solutions from vendors such as Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks.
    • Understanding of common development methodologies.
    • Expertise in designing and documenting data and technical architecture.
• Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly desirable.
• Industry Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant practical experience and technical knowledge in data topics.
