How You Can Make an Impact

• Develop data strategies that enable our clients to achieve their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue dimensions.
• Design complex data and analytics transformations, providing architectural, technical, and organizational guidance, while assisting clients in executing these initiatives with significant ramifications.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from concept to production.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through project engagement and business development, expanding your network both internally and externally.
• Support business development ventures to generate new projects.
• Serve as a role model for your colleagues by showcasing a strong work ethic, leadership, and domain expertise.
• Advance your knowledge in various industry domains and share your insights with the broader Deloitte talent pool.

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills: Ability to craft impactful presentations.
• Strong Conceptual Capability: Ability to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, simplifying complex problems.
• Business-IT Translator: Proficiency in leading requirement analysis and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Team Collaboration and Leadership: Proven experience in guiding nearshore and offshore technical implementation teams to ensure effective project collaboration.
• Technical Integration: Skilled in integrating system components, presenting clear business explanations, and leading technical workshops.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong Engineering and/or Mathematics background.
• Significant experience with Python; experience with R is an advantage.
• Experience delivering Generative AI, AI, Machine Learning, and/or Analytics solutions across cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related services to bring use cases to production on one or more cloud service providers is highly preferred.
• Experience with data science workbench tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is an advantage.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly desirable to enable effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in consulting, technology companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven sectors.
• Prior experience in Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare is advantageous.
