How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement modern data solutions in areas of data management (e.g. data quality, master and reference data, catalogues, data platforms) to deliver high-quality, usable data.
• Develop data strategies that align with clients' business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue domains.
• Lead complex data & analytics transformations, providing architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership while guiding clients through execution.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from business value concept to production.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through project work or business development and expand your network both internally and externally.
• Support business development opportunities to generate new projects.
• Be a role model by demonstrating strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter expertise to those you work with.
• Enhance your expertise in various industry and subject matter areas and share your knowledge with the Deloitte team.

What We Are Looking For

• Drive and Motivation: Passionate individuals eager to build a career in the AI & Data space, with a drive to learn and master new topics and the ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Consulting and Communication Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful presentations.
  • Conceptual capability to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, simplifying complex issues.
  • Adept at acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Detail-oriented in conveying technical specifications in both written and oral presentations.
  • Experience in supporting business development through leading workshops with potential clients.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in one of the following areas:
  • Data Management:
    • Experience in 2+ projects implementing master data management, data quality, reference data or catalog solutions.
    • Leadership experience in nearshore/offshore implementations.
    • Hands-on experience throughout the journey from vendor selection to solution operation.
    • Familiarity with solutions from vendors such as Collibra, Informatica, Azure, or GCP.
  • Cloud-Based Data Platforms:
    • Experience in implementing 2+ data lakehouses.
    • Leadership experience in nearshore/offshore implementations.
    • Hands-on experience from vendor selection to operation of solutions.
    • Familiarity with solutions from vendors such as Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred.
• Industry Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience and technical knowledge gained in a consultancy, tech company, or industry.
