How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement modern data solutions in the realm of data management (e.g., data quality, master and reference data, catalogues, data platforms) that deliver high-quality, usable data.
• Develop data strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars.
• Lead complex data & analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership, guiding clients through significant transformations.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from business value concept to production.
• Foster and maintain trusted client relationships through project work or business development and expand your professional network both internally and externally.
• Support business development efforts to generate new projects.
• Serve as a role model to colleagues by demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and subject matter expertise.
• Enhance your expertise in various industry and subject matter areas while sharing knowledge with Deloitte's talent.

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
  • Strong conceptual capability to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, simplifying complex problems.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to communicate technical specifics of solution designs effectively in meetings and workshops.
  • Contribute to business development by preparing and leading workshops with prospective clients.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Data Management:
    • Experience with 2+ projects implementing master data management, data quality, reference data, or catalogue solutions.
    • Experience leading nearshore/offshore teams during implementations.
    • Hands-on experience from vendor selection to implementation and operation of solutions.
    • Expertise with solutions from vendors such as Collibra, Informatica, Azure, and GCP.
  • Cloud-Based Data Platforms:
    • Experience with 2+ projects in implementing data lakehouses.
    • Experience leading nearshore/offshore teams during implementations.
    • Hands-on experience throughout the entire process from vendor selection to implementation and operation of solutions.
    • Familiarity with platforms from vendors including Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks.
    • Knowledge of common development methodologies.
    • Expertise in designing and documenting data and technical architecture for these platforms.
• Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Industry Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant practical experience and technical knowledge of data topics, preferably gained in consultancy, technology firms, or industry settings.
