Our M&A practice boasts a dedicated team of highly qualified individuals. New team members will engage in live projects and have the opportunity to positively impact transactions and deal generation from their first day.

Our M&A advisors have a proven track record of successfully completed deals and extensive training from bulge bracket investment banks and Big 4 corporate finance teams. The Corporate Finance Advisory Team offers our clients expert financial and strategic advice in the context of M&A transactions.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Engage and collaborate with senior-level client staff on demanding projects—both domestic and international—while developing financial models (such as valuation or merger models), preparing information memoranda, and managing client communications.
• Enhance your deal execution experience through project management, financial analysis, and the preparation of transaction documents and client presentations.
• Contribute to landmark transactions within the Swiss marketplace, providing buy- and sell-side advisory services to our esteemed clientele in the financial sector.
• Be part of a global network of M&A specialists and thrive in a professional, diverse, and vibrant work environment.
• Expand and cultivate your network while working independently under the guidance of an engagement manager/director.

Who We Are Looking For

• An open and curious individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, paired with international academic or work experiences, who can excel in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Ideally, 2-4 years of prior experience in the execution and origination of M&A transactions, gained at an investment bank, consultancy firm, private equity/buy-side, or another Big 4 firm. Knowledge of the Swiss and/or international financial institutions sector is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is an additional advantage.
