We are looking for a forward-thinking professional to join our SAP BT&A team. In this role, you will help design and deliver innovative SAP solutions as part of large-scale transformation programs for global clients. Our team focuses on both technology and business architecture strategy, including analyzing current landscapes, defining target architectures, and ensuring the successful integration of SAP solutions within broader IT ecosystems.
Your Impact
- Bridge business and IT: Serve as a key interface between IT and the business by translating business needs into optimal IT concepts and technical solutions.
- Evaluate and advise: Analyze customers' technology architectures and integrations, propose the best use of SAP solutions, and provide guidance on the implementation.
- Innovation and operations: Lead innovation projects, manage teams of functional and technical consultants, and facilitate effective collaboration from ideation through execution.
- Business development: Assist in the sales cycles of the projects and identify growth opportunities in existing projects.
- Thought leadership: Drive the articulation of PwC thought leadership content (white papers, blog posts, lectures) and represent PwC at major global events.
Your Skill Set
Expected Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.
- Several years of experience in a multi-national environment.
- Solid foundational knowledge of the SAP product portfolio and product placement strategy.
- Proficiency in one or both of the following areas:
- One or more SAP S/4HANA core areas (modules).
- SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Know-how of large ERP transformations, including migration concepts, transformation requirements, and operational methodologies, e.g., SAP Activate.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly grasp new technology concepts and apply a “can-do” attitude.
- Strong management consulting skills, particularly in identifying business opportunities and creative solutions, along with strong presentation and pitching skills.
- A mindset for strategic thinking and continuous learning, characterized by curiosity and a sense of ownership in tackling challenges.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Target school background, MBA, or PhD are a plus.
- Fluent German or French are significant advantages.
- Previous consulting experience with large organizations and managing senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with request for proposal (RfP) processes and the ability to present technical requirements in various formats.
- Related SAP certifications, e.g., P_SAPEA, P_BTPA, C_CPI, etc.
- Other relevant qualifications in areas such as Agile Methods, Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), GenAI/ML, AWS/Azure/GCP, programming, databases, and DevOps.
